 You can buy Che T'shirts so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to wear them.

I seen alot of people wearing CHE GUEVARA t-shirts when I was in Cuba. The locals also sell them in the markets and tourists shops.

I Bought my CHE shirts (three of them) in Guardalavaca, so they are surely okay to wear!
