Excellent review Tuss, it's still not up on Debbies, so was pleased to see it here this morning. And thanks for the answers to my questions in my PM box at Debbies.
No doubt I will have many more before my trip.

Great review, Tuss. So the entertainment is still pretty bad, huh. It was when we were there but others after us said it was good so I thought they changed some of the shows, lol.

I have big time cuba withdrawal syndrome. Sigh. Oh how i wish i could go back. I"m already trying to find a way. I've been on the phone with my cuban friends as well, which i think makes the CWS even worse.
Yes, sandy, the shows were horrible. The fat old guy with his big hairy beer guy hanging out, belting out 80's american rock just pushed me over the edge!

Good and very fair review Tuss. I didn't make reference to the evening entertainment in my review as I never watched one of the performances in my 14 night stay - these type of shows are just not my scene I'm afraid.
BTW thanks for passing on my messages at the PP - I did manage 5 phone calls there from Cayo Santa Maria, I'll be emailing you before the weekend.

Bellagio - you are famous at the PP! We i was trying to track down your friends everyone there knew who you were. They kept saying "you know Ken from England????" They were so excited. I have some pictures i'll email them to you!

Tuss, are you planning on uploading your photos to the gallery - I would love to see them (not that I haven't seen thousands already on Webshots :roll: )

Thanks for the review. I know what you mean about missing Cuba. I call it the Cuban Blues and I don't think they ever go away. All I think about is CUBA,CUBA,CUBA.

Well although I had a great time on Cayo Santa Maria it seemed to lack that extra sparkle I found at the PP.
I have no Cuba Blues or Cuba Withdrawal Symptoms this time around which is somewhat surprising. It could be due though to the lighter nights and brighter weather at this time of year back here in the UK.
Normally I travel during our winter and come home to nights where it is dark at around 4 - 5pm. I think that's probably the main reason why I'm not suffering this time around.

Unfortuantley i have a regular camera and an old scanner and it takes a significant amount of time to scan them all in. I'll upload some soon. I didn't take too many around the resort - mostly from my day trip to Holguin and Gibara and some good "people pictures". I'll scan some of them when i get a chunk of time free.
