I've downloaded the viewer and can get the show to load up but nothing happens.
 
 I get one image on the screen eg: Playa costa Verde but it doesn't move on.
 
 If I click on the image all I get is a message saying Photodex ProShow Presenter is Waiting for Server. Presenter is waiting for more data from the server.
 
 Any one offer any help, please.

 You're doing everything right, but it seems that too many people are trying to view it and the server can't handle it?
 
 Just keep trying, it's definitely worth it.

Thanks Heather.   Watched the PCV with the full screen option and it was excellent.   Now waiting for the Sol Cayo Santa Maria to load up.
 
 My only criticism is that the slides move on a little bit too fast.   Can they be slowed down at all?

 Haven't seen the Sol Cayo Santa Maria yet & the underwater Jibocoa... the others are great.
