Title: text messaging cuba

I have a friend from the resort that I want to text message but not sure how to do it i have his cell but not sure what to enter for area code or if thats whats needed can anyone give me any advice on this he is in holguin playa pesquero

I got this information from a very nice man at PCV when I was there last.
 
 He told me that he uses +53 then the area code for Holguin (24) and then the number.
