Hi  :)
 
 I'm considering a trip to Club Ancon in Trinidad and am wondering if anyone has been to this hotel or any others in the area.
 If you have, did you enjoy the area?

Hi TO_GAL25 . We actually just got back from Hotel Ancon on the Ancon Peninsula in Trinidad Cuba. We had a great time and the hotel was pretty good in our opinion. We did have a superior room which I would recommend getting if you are going there on a holiday. It's a fairly quiet area but there is lots to do and see if you take day trips. The hotel has a beautiful beach and the ocean was quite warm and was a beautiful turquoise color. Trinidad which is only 10 minutes by taxi away is certainly a beautiful old city and has very interesting museums. From the hotel you can get quite a few different tours if that is what you are interested in. I've put some photos together on my web site at the following address.

Paliser,  thanks very much for all your photos, I really enjoyed them. I especially enjoyed your Irish pics as we were ther also in June.We were up in Donegal where we rented a cottage and visited my relatives.Dan
