Title: an odd ?
Post by: halle00 on September 25, 2005, 10:47:00 AM
Im wanting to replace all our snorkle gear before out next trip to PP.

Living so far north, we dont get to the city very often.

Would anyone know if there is a good Canadian online site to purchase snorkle supplies, which can be delivered?    :th:

 any advice would be great
 thank you Halle

Hi Halle00
I haven't  tried any online sites as of yet, but here's a few that I've run across in my net travels:

http://www.diverswholesale.com/catalogue/cdn/index.html (http://www.diverswholesale.com/catalogue/cdn/index.html)  in Vancouver (at least Canadian)

http://www.sharkys-scuba-supply.com/index.html (http://www.sharkys-scuba-supply.com/index.html)  These guys are in Ottawa, the site doesn't have a full catalog, but it seems that you can request specific equipment via email.

http://www.leisurepro.com/ (http://www.leisurepro.com/)  This is a us based site, but has the best online catalog that I've seen anywhere.  I've talked with people that have used them (Canadians) who swear by them, never had problems.  On the other hand, there have been some reports of product substitutions (unannounced) with no recourse.  Not sure what to make of them, but looking at the prices, it might be worth a look, even with the exchange and shipping.

Hope this helps.  Let us know how it works out.
