Title: 2nd Charter out of Waterloo

According to this morning's Kitchener Record the local council is set to approve a 2nd charter to fly out of Waterloo Airport. They are meeting tonight to do this.
 
 This will be in addition to Sunquest who are starting to fly to Varadero and Cancun in December. Hopefully the new charter will fly to different destinations (Holguin would be good!)
