Title: Has anyone been to Sunscape the Beach?

Hoping to book this hotel.  Looks very nice.  Just keeping an eye on prices as they never seem to drop until a minimum of 8 weeks before and then its a game of chance, they go up and down.
 
 Has anyone been to this hotel?
