 :hiwave: Hey everyone! We are having such a good time here. Im amazed. The sun is warm, the ocean is blue and the people are wonderful  :ham: I am having a blast. Its going to be hard to go home. We are about to leave for Playa Blanco. Then there is the trip to Bayamo to do. Im amazed at how old the guests are here. Thats a riot! They run out of soft food very quickly in the cafeteria here!   :ROFL: anyhew Im here in Manzanillo Cuba , its wonderful and I am running out of time on my card. So any big news back home btw?  Take care and ciao !   :cuflag:

hey gammmmmbittt!! The gang from Toronto just left for a late night flight. And this kid left me his time on the internet  :b:  So get this, I found a store at the falaron (sister hotel to the marea) that sells your Havana barrel rum for 35 pesos  Is that a good deal?  :thumbsup: and Im bring back the selena coffee beans for me to grind up. Ive been collecting very soft round stones on the beach to bring home for my little cuban warmth. Ya its hot. Ive been checking the weather back home. Thats just God awful man. I dunno. so we have been on cuban time this week. Now we have a full itinearay. Tomorrow we go to Bayamo for a day tour. Then on Saturday there is a festival in Pilon which we are going to. On Sunday all our friends go home to Montreal.  :sad1: So we get to party next week. I still want to try out scuba in the pool and take a jeep tour in the mountains.  And poof before ya know it the holiday is over .   Seeya later everyone .

If you can find Barrel Proof ... Grab it!   I couldn't find it at all , either at the hotel or at the Holguin Airport!!!

35 CUC is the usual price.. and any extras you happen to have follow you home, I will gladly pay for!!!  :icon_thumright:

You guys are lucky you're missing this horrible weather.  The heat and sun will be much better for Anne, than the cold and snow.

 :b: Hey wendy! The other night I got up and  sang crying by roy orbinson for karakeo. All the old people loved me. They thought I was just like Perry Como  :ROFL: :ROFL: So I was the superstar. Man that was fun. Ann is just ya ya there he goes again.  :blau: :blau:  Yesterday, in Abayamo I was showing off to the cuban ladies my might Canadian arms in the cigar factory and they all started to flirt with me  :ROFL: In front of my wife no less  :roleyes:  It was a long but good day yesterday. 3 hour drive in through the mountains there and back.  unreal   so ya one more week to go!    :bus:

 :cubaflag:  THanks for all the kind wishes everyone  :cuflag: today we are going to take a bus to Niquero to go to church. Its like 12 pesos for two there and back. (40 kms) I gotta make up for all my sinning last week!  :ROFL: :ROFL:  YOu can jump in anytime  pastor  :lol1:

Today is supposed to go to 33 and sunny.  :sunny: :6:

Thanks  :icon_thumright:   I had such a good flight with sunwing. You have no idea. THey were great. service service and more service. Marea was really a 3 or 2 star resort and you get what you pay for ,. which aint much. lol The country side is beautiful I have tons of pics.  Set me up and Ill copy them for ya. The cubans were wonderful. And they ran out of barrel proof rum before I could buy some.  *scared* :crybaby2: And everywhere I looked I saw sour faced Federalies . That was really freaky and made me wonder what was going on. They have locals hanging out on each side of the beach selling cheap jewellery and lobster. Plus anything else you might want. The cops cant stand them are were constantly chasing them away. I traded some shirts and soap for a cane with them. They offered me cigars and coffee naturally. Anyhew Im good for now. I will do my full report later when I get a chance  :hiwave:
