Title: trying to change my e-mail address

Hi I recently changed e-mail address ( I no longer have access to the old one ) and I want to change this in my profile ...but....I can't remember my password  to make the changes  :helpme:   I didn't set a secret question either when I originally registered  :duh:   .....any ideas ???
