I got a pm . Its just Im wondering whats going on with bringing NJT bags to Varadero and how long we cant do it.

It would be best to wait until NJT has a clear answer on the reception status of the bags.
Try it if you want, but be prepared to leave customs without it.
The NJT bag JD had from DCF was not as welcomed by Customs as he had hoped. If JD has trouble I imagine you might have more trouble.
