Walker Films and Ratu Manoa Rasagitale have teamed up with Coral Reef Alliance and Pew Environment Group to produce Shark Hope, a 30 minute documentary on the plight of sharks in Fiji and efforts to create a Fiji National Shark Sanctuary.

Wos, it's so great to see so many countries/places finally getting on board with the plight of this most misunderstood creature. Sharks are vital to the ecosytems of our oceans.

Oh and a little fyi for you, Toronto is one (big) step closer to implementing a shark fin soup ban:

Awesome news about To, I have been following the progress of To over here as well......hopefully you guys will approve the bylaw later this month.  :grin:

California signed a shark fin bill this week as well which is great news....like you say, it's all small steps....
