Just completed my daily check on prices and I find that First Choice have increased their price for the November 2nd departure to the PCV by £50 - Not a good sign!!!

I just checked

 Club Amigo            $843
 Playa Pesquero       $1199
 Playa Costa Verde    $1225

Raybo, that was awesome!!! Your buffet waitress was my waitress too (Lourdes). What a lovely girl too. She has a little boy (4 years old) named Marcus.
Saw a couple of other familiar faces too.

Waahhhh, I want to go back now!!!
Well that settles it for me. I'm 100% sure I'm going back to the PCV, that slideshow did me in I'm afraid  :)

I knew it would Wendy, as soon as I saw it I knew you'd be pulling out that credit card.

The prices right now are still quite high, and PCV is pricing higher than PP.

I think I would like to try the PCV this time, the PP was nice but I like to try something different.

Mr B it's over to you now.

I'm fine with the PCV - I just want us all to dine together in the Japanese Restaurant and watch you ladies attempting to catch the chicken on the fork!!

If we go with the PCV I 'll just have to suffer the Thomas Cook flight on November 10th and pay the extra, but hopefully I'll manage to get a better deal.

I found out today that my d-in-law wants me to stay in St. Albans all next week as she is on a course in London, so I'll be taking the grandkids to school and fetching them back in the afternoon.  It's playing havoc with my Wimbledon plans but SMBO    :notworthy:

No late night posting for me next week then, but my son has a brand new 8mb internet connection which he says is lightning fast, so it will be interesting to try that out.

Whilst I'm up there I'll be checking out all the travel agents in the High Street and try to get a better deal from them.  Not too hopeful but worth a shot.

Well the BIT's already proven that she can toss the chicken up in the air and catch it on the fork  :)
Wonder if she could do it again - though I have to say, she was the only guest I saw actually behind the teppanyaki table rather than in front of it  :)

My My you certainly aren't new2cuba any longer are you mojitomiss!!!

 Teppanyaki table - very good!!

Re: Tossing the chicken:  I managed it first time on both occasions at Playa Coco but if I was dining with you, the BIT and flopnfly no doubt you would attempt to distract me and I'd miss.

Another challenge - 'Tossing the Chicken' at the PCV.

Mr. B, my knowledge of the "teppanyaki table" has absolutely nothing to do with Cuba, but my love of Japanese food! In fact I think I was one of the few at our table who actually knew the real name of the style of food we were about to indulge in  :)

Well I would definitely get the BIT to do something to distract you, so long as when you miss the chicken it lands on the grill and not the floor!
