Cuba has unexpectedly agreed to a quiet U.S. offer of emergency aid after Hurricane Wilma, and three U.S. citizens will travel to Cuba to assess needs there, the State Department said Thursday.

Maybe one day a dialogue will open up when the Governments get their pride out of way.Perhaps I am to optimistic that a direct communication between the Cuban Government and the US will happen.It was almost done in President Carter`s term.  Dan F
