Playa Pesquero Bargain
« on: February 14, 2006, 02:01:00 PM »
Now another hotel to add to the equation. PP at £806 for two weeks.  Seems like a pretty good price, only £25 more than PCV.  I'm very tempted to book as Bellagios photos look so wonderful.

I had planned on holding on to see what great bargains I could get but I don't think I can contain myself much longer.  Infact I'm becoming quite obsessed with travel company sites.

At least if I book, I can relax and start

May 2007 - Bahia Principe Coba

Go head and book, this is a top class resort, and we enjoyed every minute!

Go for it JJay - as I haven't been to the PCV yet I couldn't comment on the price difference.

The PP is always a little more expensive than the PCV as it is 4 star plus, whilst the PCV is only 4 star.

Sounds like a good deal to me.

You can't go wrong with Playa Pesquero, it's a nice resort and it shares the same beach as PCV and BCV.  It's only a five minute walk from one end of the beach to the other.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Having stayed at both, the rooms are slightly nicer, and larger at the PP.

The only real difference for me, was the size of the hotel.  The PCV is much smaller, and more "intimate" than the PP, but if this isn't a problem for you, they I would say go for it.

Go for it, we stayed at the PP in Nov 05 (met Bellagio there), we paid nearly £925 each for it, that is def a bargain.
ife is not measured by the breaths that we take, but by the things in life that take our breath away.
