Java Help
« on: February 09, 2006, 09:38:00 PM »
Question for all you techies out there.

some people are having issues getting the live chat room to load.  It's java, but they say that they have java installed.

any guesses as to what could be wrong?

It's a room where you can real time chat, like yahoo or msn.

One of the main things, is to go into your internet settings, and make sure you have java turned on.

You have to do this in two places. In "Tools/Internet Options/Advanced" .. make sure all three boxes are checked.

Then in "Tools/Internet Options/Security" select the custom options, and make sure that java is not disabled there.
If at first, you do not succeed; You Obviously did Not use a BIG enough Hammer!!!
If at first, you Do Succeed.. try not to look tooo Astonished!
