Problems getting activation e-mail

My daughter registered earlier today, and the activation e-mail came almost immediately.  I just tried to register my own account (I'm guilty of using her login right now because I can't find any contact info on the site for assistance), but it's been over half an hour.  I wonder if there could be problems because we're using the same IP... or the same password...  Not sure.  Is there some way to contact the administrator?

Didn't mean to cause trouble right from the start, but I'd love to join!
