This morning I emailed the MCC to let them know we would be arriving on the 13th.  This is the response I received in less than 1 hour:
 
 Thank you very much for choosing our hotel to celebrate your 20th wedding anniversary. I have already placed your request for a 2nd floor room in our system. When you arrive to our hotel you will already have 1 reservation in each of our three a la carte restaurants: Cuban, Italian and International  and I will be happy to organize a special romantic dinner for your anniversary. Please, let me know which day and time you prefer for your reservations and I will take care.
