Cuba the 51st state? Close, but no cigar.

You may find this article a very interesting read.    It was actually posted earlier today on  Cubafriends by Iani, who is a member of this forum.  It was taken from The Times Online dated November 21st.  I found it a very interesting read and considered it well worth posting on this forum.
