Can someone help, please! Computer prob...

I am really ticked off.  I must have visited a website where the person used a wide screen.  Now, my computer is using it!  In other words, this print here is bigger than it used to be and I have to scroll over to the right to read the rest of the page on some sites I visit. GRRRRR.  Is there an easy fix to this?  Thanks.  TC  ...although it should be

If you're using Internet Explorer 8, look in the bottom right hand corner, you'll see a little magnifying glass with a number (100%) is normal, yours is probably set to 125% or 150%  you can just click on the little down arrow and change it back to 100%, or what ever you're  comfortable with.

ok, let's try this:
in the menu, go to VIEW, or if you can't see the menu, hit CTRL and V at the same time, then look at the zoom option and see where it's at.
