Sol Cayo Coco Trip Report
« on: July 07, 2005, 09:18:00 PM »
Lesab33 has submitted her trip review of the Sol Cayo Coco.

Great review Les, lots of detail and it sounds like you really enjoyed yourself despite the rain.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Thanks Leslie for a really great review.

I'm so pleased that you had such a wonderful time and should I ever decide to visit Cayo Coco again, I could well be interested in the Sol following your recommendations.

I know you have the Sol Cayo Coco activities in your photo album, but will you be posting photos for us to share?    What about the Salsa with Renhab?

Ahhh my dear Bellagio ......... you don't forget do you?  I would definetly recommend the Sol Cayo Coco. Many Brits there - 70% were at the time I was there. I love them. Hopefully none of my new friends were affected by the bombings in London.

I have no photo of me & Renhab as I did the great dissappearing act that night. (too many drinks)  I can offer you a photo of me riding Pepe the water buffalo instead????

Leslie:

After your lengthy PM to me before you went away explaining your reasons for a June vacation, you notice I left it well alone on this occasion!!!

I will never forget your live posting on 26th June where you say:

Bellagio, had you on my mind the first day I was here. Walked along the beach with not a sole in sight except for 2 security guards and saw dolphins swimming in the ocean....canīt see that back home.... thatīs why in June moi amigo. The weather has been great. Not unbearble. Mind you I have become a beach person.

As I posted at the time I'm was really touched that whilst you were strolling along that beautiful beach you were thinking of yours truly.

BTW I do remember now that you did mention before about your great disappearing act - sorry I had forgotten!!

Hope you do have success with scanning the photos, but whilst we are waiting let's see the one of you and Pepe the water buffalo then!!!

This is me & Pepe the water buffalo. Pepe was crouching down to allow me to dismount and I was scare he would sit on this lovely puppy that ran around under him.

Thanks Leslie for that.  I didn't want to show my ignorance but I never had heard of a water buffalo before.
