I did find this in my search that mentions a camel:
Tours: we went on a couple of tours. the first is the PARADISE ISLAND tour. This one cost 77$ and they take you 1hr by bus to a port town, then 1hr by catamaran out to an island where you ten get to snorkel for an hour. The boat then docks on the island for lunch and you have the option of going on an additonal 'jeep safari' for $9. The island itself is amazingly beautiful, untouched beaches, tons of big iguanas running around, and lots of imported african game animals abound. If you only go on oune tour, do this one. The jeep safari was worth easily double or triple what they charge. It was like driving across the plains and jungle of africa on a safari and I can't begin to list the exotic animals we saw along the way. Email me and i will send you a picture of me trying to ride a camel, seriously, lol. The snorkeling wasnt the best in all of cuba, but it was a nice sheltered coral reef that was fully alive and full of fish. Once again, i always recommend taking your own 'costco' snorkel gear for $60 that way you always enjoy snorkeling.
