Haven't been to "the island" for a few years and now it's time to go back! With all the changes at SRH (GMs and also Sandals dropping properties), do they still upgrade past guests up a notch? On our last trip, we paid for a premium suite and got a concierge suite. We did e-mail both the resort and a Sandals rep in Toronto and no doubt this helped our cause as well.
Can any past guests who have gone to SRH recently, enlighten me.
