As long as everyone else is using personal pics for avatars, instead of "styalized"  ones, I decided to go with the flow!

I've had a monumental decision to take this morning.   I have decided no longer to remain a Moderator.  Flopnfly, unfortunately, could not offer me the salary I required to stay in the job!!
 
 Taking into consideration that Millybess, Debbie and Johnny Castaway are doing such wonderful jobs, I thought that in view of the particularly poor salary being offered by our Adminstrator that I would quit and just revert to being a 'Tim Horton's fan'.

Actually, my pic was on MSN groups, not Webshots, as I know you can't use Webshots ... bellagio I did all you said as well and it still didn't work ... I'm trying to download some new pics today, so Heather I'll load some here if I can and go from there, no biggie.

Actually, IMO, I don't think we need moderators.  Because we have so much freedom on this forum, I think everyone can moderate themselves.  What do you think Heather?

I agree 100%.
 
 Everybody was made moderators when we first arrive, more as a joke because we figured if everybody was a moderator then nobody could moderate.     :D
 
 I'll promote everybody so that they are no longer moderators.

 How about a 'daisypath' ticker for your MCC holiday and what about a photo avatar?
 
 Expect that's asking a bit too much of you to manage in one day though !!!
