About/Seach Extender Virus, and how to kill it!

There is a really nasty virus out there that takes over your computer.  It keeps changing your home page, and also has several Trojans.
 
 After multiple tries with AVG and virus, Adaware s/e, Spybot Search and destroy, I finall found somethig that actually gets rid of it!
