I have had no reply either - same as Bulldog I'll deal with any room problems when I get there.

I obviously requested a room with two double beds.

I emailed them and asked for an upper floor room with a coffee maker.

No reply yet, but I asked someone who was just there, and they said that there are coffee makers in the rooms.
