Castro looks quite good in that photo, but why is he always wearing the same clothes?  Every photo of him in the past year it looks like the same outfit.

I'm assuming he's wearing the same track suit because he's in a hospital type of environment.  Maybe the doctors need him to lose the fatigues, for the sake of easy access if there's a medical problem.  And for anyone that's spent an extended amount of time in the hospital, you'll know that wearing regular clothes is uncomfortable and a chore!
