Has anyone been to Puerto Rico?

I might have a chance to travel to Puerto Rico, has anyone been there?  What can you tell me. We might get approval to go to a 1/2 business meeting in San Juan. If we do, my co-worker and I will throw in a couple of extra days and play tourist. We have our fingers crossed, the airfare is not that much more than some of the other destinations in the US.
