Earth Tremor Felt in Cuba

Santiago de Cuba, Feb 11 (acn) An earth tremor measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale was felt at 9:09 this morning in four Cuban eastern provinces.

 Cuban News Agency

The National Center of Seismic Research (CENAIS) in Santiago de Cuba reported that the tremor was felt in localities of that province, as well as in Granma, Holguin and Guantanamo provinces.

The epicenter was located south of Baconao, on the outskirts of Santiago de Cuba city, at a depth of 14 kilometers. Specialists are currently monitoring telluric movement across in the entire island.

I wonder if my family noticed it?

Jammy, how bad was it?
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

3.8 apparently isn't that bad and would be very hard to notice.

now you would notice this..

Earthquake of 6.1 shakes Santiago de Cuba  That was just about this time last year...
