Got an email from Rogers sayiing that one of my machines is infected and that if I didnt clean it up in 48 hours I would be kicked off the internet.
This was the machine my daughter's boyfriend built. A young bright eyed techi. I checked the machine and kept getting a w32 spybot worm detected. But the anti virus (Symantic) wouldnt get rid of it. I tried everything. It was getting on my nerves. So I downloaded AVG vers 8 free edition and installed it. It removed the old antivirus software and completely cleaned up my machine. Even took out tracing cookies . Im very impressed.
