I saw this on another board, and it's a Great tip that I never thought of.  :icon_thumright:

For the safety of important documents,in case you lose them;  scan them and put the photos on a USB key. You can keep the key in separate place, so you won't lose it too.

 That way, they can be printed from ANY computer (even without Internet access).

I scan my documents and email them to my hotmail account - that way i have access from any computer with no risk of losing them.

I've always scanned them and emailed them, but the USB key is a better idea.  This way they can be printed from any computer whether there is internet connection or not.   :icon_thumright:

good idea - sticks are so innexpensive.  And while you are doing that a couple of pictures of each other, and your tickets.   And as one poster a while ago suggested a couple of pictures of your luggage.  Carry one stick in your carry-on
