Cruise Days
« on: January 04, 2011, 09:56:48 PM »
I have to find out what days of the week the Cruise ships come into Montego Bay.

When we were in Cozumel, the rep at the hotel told us Not to go into town on Thursdays because that's "Cruise day"; and aside from the crowds, the prices would be double what they were the day before.

Plus, with an extra super-ship coming in to Mo bay, instead of Falmouth, I don't want to get caught up in it.

Just found it... LOL

We will not be going to town on our first 3 days!

http://www.cruisemontegobay.com/shiplist.htm

19-Jan-11 Carnival Conquest
20-Jan-11 Braemar, Thomson Dream
21-Jan-11 Braemar
26-Jan-11 Grandeur Of The Seas, 26-Jan-11 Carnival Conquest

So the 22-24th looks like our best days to go.  This is especially good for us, since we are flying on a Tuesday.  A lot of flights are also on the weekend, so others won't be booking on thier first or last day.  :happy3:
