One more sleep
« on: July 09, 2005, 08:26:00 PM »
Hi everyone, well tomorrow night we leave for Varadero and so far our flight has only been delayed 4 hrs., kinda sucks but at least thats a good sign that things must be not to bad in that area.
I'm getting pretty tired putting our suitcases on and off the scales. Thought this time I'd take some clothing for the people and those things really add on the pounds, oh well.
We went to see Brooks and Dunn last night and boy were they awesome, fantastic show, if they ever come back I sure will  try to see them again.
I will let you's know how it was when we return.

Hi Bonnie,

Here's hoping you have a great time at Sandals Royal Hicacos and also hope that the anniversary dinner will be an extra special occasion.

I'll be raising my glass to you in celebration of those wonderful 35 years on the 11th.    Tell Steve he'll have to carry you over the threshold again that night!!!

Just hope there are no more delays to your flight and that Dennis has not done too much damage to the area.

Have a great holiday and my best wishes go to you both.

Thankyou for your best wishes and we plan on having a great time rain or shine, even old Dennis hopefully won't dampen our spirits to much.

Gee I'm not sure if Steve could pick me up anymore without dropping me on my head, so I will just let him push me over the threshold.

Not good at posting pictures on the website but with some coaching maybe I could give it a try.

Chat at you next week.  :bus:

Bonnie:

Still do not have a clue who the heck Brooks and Dunn are.

I may have asked you this before when you mentioned it, but I've been out celebrating on the 'champers' earlier this evening at my son's gym and could well have forgotten - head's spinning a little!!!   :rof:

I'm not sure what time Bonnie is leaving, but if you haven't left yet Have a great vacation.

I copied this from another board.  Someone had emailed the manager of Sandals Royal Hicacos and this was his reply:

====thanks very much for email we are safe and the hotel is ok we hope we can go back to normal in the next 24 hours.
 thanks ignacio========

It sounds like she is going to be ok.
