mo-miss, can you take a peek at this while you're there?  It must be almost ready if it's to open 1/06.  Looks huge, like the PP.

Note that the airfare is not included.  I don't know what that's about?

Butting my nose here, but there is no way the Las Dunas will be ready to open in January 06.  It is right next door to the Melia but when we were there in August, the buildings where the rooms will be housed were nothing more than concrete shells.  It will be huge for sure, but I have read in other sites that it won't be ready until at least April.  Something that was nearing completion at that time was a large spa area on the Melia site, to be shared between the Melia and Las Dunas.  That was very impressive.

The other resort from Occidental will be ready to open sooner.  The construction was nearly complete when we were there in the summer and they must be working on finishing touches at this point.  That resort is on Playa Ensenachos, about 5 minutes away from the Sol/Melia site, on the edge of the Pedraplen.

No problem.  I'm telling you, the spa is something else.  We toured the whole thing and I was thinking...perfect venue for mom's vacation (me, not my mom...)or a girls trip to Cuba.  Springtime getaway...a mojito or two, a massage...walk on the beach...a facial...another mojito...another treatment and so on...

Cut - it - out MarieMaya.  I'm not much of a "spa" person.  But if it's a girls' thing, I might have to book it -- for two weeks.   :D      :D      :D

Bellagio, technically, no.  Charming and handsome as you are, you do not qualify as a girl.  However, if you agree to be our mojito fetcher for the week, then we'll make an exception. How do you feel about that, ladies?  :w:    :3sum:
