Kid friendly resort

Thinking of takng my 12 year old son to Cuba. Can anyone recommend a Hotel for us that is fairly new within 2-3 years old and has everything parents and kids would like.  I know I am asking alot but there has to be something out there.

Playa Pesquero in Holguin.
 
 It's a big resort, but it has everything for everybody.  
 
 Lots of a la carte restaurant choices, two huge buffets, snack bars, ice cream parlour, pizza, water sports, tennis, nice beach, great snorkelling, good entertainment, rooms are nice and clean and the staff are great.
 
 Did I miss anything?    :D
