    Thanks for posting that Gambitt. It took a couple of trips for me to get over the paranoia of making a mistake which I seem to do when filling out such forms.  On our trip in Nov with AC vacations the flight attendent went over how to fill the tourist card out, item by item, which would be very helpful for anyone not familiar with it or these travel forums!
