RIU Negril
« on: January 14, 2008, 12:02:56 PM »
Friends have just told me that they have booked the RIU Negril Jamaica for one week leaving Feb.2nd.  I believe it on the same beach at the RIU Tropical Bay, isn't it?  If anyone has any info on this resort, I would appreciate it.  Thanks.

The Riu's are on Bloody Bay which is a little bit away from the famous 7 mile beach.

Riu Negril is the newer one, and the Tropical has been around for a few years.

Wendy was there last year, so I'm sure once she see's this she'll give you a ton of advice.

We've always had the Riu on our list of places to go, but never made it.  We were at Beaches Negril and loved the beach.

Negril is very laid back compared to the rest of Jamaica, but there are still loads of excursions to take.

We visited a little bar on Negril beach that has the bob sled from the movie Cool Runnings.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
