DCF trip second week , Wednesday Holguin

DCF week 2

Week 2 was mostly spent relaxing on the beach and around the pool at Blau Costa Verde.

This is an excellent resort and we were treated very well… we even had a reserved table in the buffet all week. The highlite for me was that Karen flew in to join us for this part of the trip.

On Wed we were invited by the Mayor of Holguin to visit some institutions in Holguin.





After an introductory meeting with him and some of his staff we visited a seniors home







 and an orphanage.




After completing our visit we did a quick trip to the hill of the cross before heading back to the resort.
