Just hit my mind, (getting ready for Jamaica)  but after you've been out of the water, what do you do to get ready for the next dive?

Right now, I'm re-watching the DVD that came with my Nitrox Course.  Did I Know it?  Sure.  But a refresher is always good.

Our dive shop does an open pool session every friday night, so we'll head off there to check the gear, and do a mini refresh.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

it was more than a year since my last dive, so the dive shop in PUnta Cana required that i did a refresher in the pool - it was good to go thru things once and also gave me some confidence that the divemaster was good and knew what he was doing, and the equipment was good.
