This may be way off topic but ALOT popup ads just appeared on my Asus laptop and getting rid of it is impossible or nearly so. If anyone has the answer please pass it along. Very annoying as these damn popup ads appear in the corners of the screen seemingly whenever I open a commercial website, geocaching.com for example.
Otherwise today, Mrs Phlatlander flew to Calgary yesterday to visit our daughter. Today the dog and I drove to our cottage near Kenora.
This afternoon it was +29 in Calgary.
When I departed Winnipeg it was +7, stiff west wind. Enroute to Kenora the weather closed in and when I arrived 2 hours later it was +1 and snowing, and I'm not even in Newfoundland where such weather change is more common.
